This dip is the perfect dessert to throw together if you’re on a time crunch or simply just in the mood for something sweet. I should also add that kids will love this! I recreated this after Matt and I went to The Woods restaurant in West Palm beach last year during spring training and loved it. This year for Valentines Day we cooked steak, mac n cheese, and bacon brussels sprouts, but I wanted to switch up our usual dessert. It was completely gone in probably 10 minutes, so its a regular in our household now. The beauty of this recipe is that you can make it for 2 people or you can make it for a crowd.
What you’ll need:
- mini glass pie pan
Ingredients:
- unsalted butter or pam
- semi sweet chocolate chips
- marshmallows
- graham crackers
To Make:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Coat the pie pan with butter or pam. I just rubbed a stick of butter on the bottom and along the sides of the glass to make sure that the chocolate didn’t stick to it
- Add semi sweet chocolate chips to pan
- Top with marshmallows
- Bake for 7-10 minutes or until marshmallows are light brown/toasted. I just stood by the oven to make sure it didn’t burn. The smaller the dish the less time it’ll need.
- Serve with graham crackers!
Enjoy! Sam
