A few days ago, I put a poll on my instagram story asking about what you guys wanted to see. You all were super helpful and really gave me an idea of what was interesting to read on my blog and see on my Instagram stories, so thank you! One of the most voted on options was my top 5 skincare products. I do need to admit, I haven’t always had a skincare regimen. It wasn’t until about 2 years ago that I really started establishing an actual routine. I had a year to plan and prepare my skin for our wedding day. Out of all the things I read about a bride preparing for a wedding, that always made a top 10 list. I figured that meant I should start one seeing as I had never had one before. My all time favorite skincare line is First Aid Beauty. I have been using their face moisturizer and face wash since I started this journey and I haven’t looked back. I have pretty sensitive skin and have yet to be disappointed with any product I’ve tried. I was lucky enough to do a collaboration with them a few months ago, and have almost gone through every product. Here are my top 5 favorite skincare products as of right now! I have linked every product at the very bottom of this post for you to buy directly.

  1. First Aid Beauty Face Cleanser- This facial cleanser is incredible. It’s got a creamy texture and takes off my make up and dirt easily. I try and use this before a Neutrogena Makeup Remover Wipe and it does a great job of taking majority of it off.

2. Dr. Brants Exfliator-This exfoliant makes my skin super soft. The beads in it are tiny, so it doesn’t irritate my face at all. It’s also great to use for taking off self tanner. I only use this at night before bed after washing my face and removing my makeup. A little goes a long way. I use First Aid Beauty’s Bump Eraser Scrub for my body. It could also work on your face.

3. First Aid Beauty Toner-I never believed in toner before using this product. After exfoliating, it calms my skin down and cools it off. I place a penny size amount on a cotton ball and pat my face. After my skin has really soaked it in I will use a serum or oil.

4. Acure Rose Argan Oil-This was another product I added to my skin care routine. I was hesitant about it at first. The first thing I think of when I see the word “oil” in a product is that there will be a break out in my near future. This argan oil doesn’t cause bumps or irritation. I don’t get break outs from it either. It gives my skin the moisture it needs. Especially in the winter time. I also love Cicapairs Tiger Grass Serum. You can get it at Sephora! Its helps with redness and calming the skin. I’ve linked that below as well.

5. First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream- I showed this moisturizer in my make up tutorial this week. It’s perfect for nighttime wear. I’ve even used it on my face during the day when my skin is super dry. It’s very gentle and gives your skin the love it needs. Just like the exfoliate, a little goes a long way. I go through about 1 container every 6 months.
